Victor has been an employee of SCOP Terralim for 2 and a half years. He has been very interested in local food systems for several years. He has both academic and field experience, combining scientific rigour with operational skills. Through a number of studies, he has been able to delve deeper into certain subjects while at the same time working on local projects. In particular, he has specialised in studies and support relating to food insecurity and solidarity schemes. He has worked on the concept of diagnosing food insecurity, providing support for food social security systems and assessing the impact of solidarity basket projects.
